Welcome to the Quick Win! By participating in our lottery, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
- The Quick Win is open to residents of Uganda, subject to local laws and regulations.
- Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Quick Win are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
- To enter, select 6 numbers from 1 to 38 and purchase a ticket for 1000 UGX per entry.
- Tickets must be purchased before the daily draw, which takes place at 6:00 PM local time.
- Entries are valid only for the draw date specified at the time of purchase.
3. Ticket Price
- The cost of one lottery ticket is 1000 UGX (Ugandan Shillings).
- All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued except as required by law.
4. Prizes
- The minimum jackpot is 600,000 UGX, awarded daily to the winner(s) who correctly match all 6 numbers.
- Additional prizes may be available for matching fewer numbers, as outlined in the official prize structure.
- Prizes are subject to tax and other deductions as required by Ugandan law.
5. Draw and Winner Notification
- The draw takes place daily at 6:00 PM local time and is conducted electronically or manually, as determined by Quick Win.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
6. Claiming Prizes
- Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- Winners may need to provide valid identification to claim prizes.
- Quick Win reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all winners.
7. Liability
- The company is not liable for technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime or errors during ticket purchase.
- Participants assume all risks associated with purchasing tickets and participating in the lottery.
8. Privacy
- Personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for lottery-related purposes, including winner notification and prize distribution, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to the Lottery
- Quick Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the lottery at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval.
- Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website and effective immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda.
- Any disputes arising from participation in the lottery will be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
